Salisbury Management, Inc. was formed by President and Owner Robert S. Haddon. Presently Salisbury Management is the largest property management firm in Central Massachusetts. Bob studied Engineering in college, and is licensed and certified in the following areas:

- AMS (Association Management Specialist)
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor
- Member of national, state and local Realtor associations
- Member of Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

Diana Grimley – Property Manager

Diana’s strong work ethic and attention to detail coupled with her direct approach, makes her a property manager with strong goals and ideals. Diana’s past experience in the Worcester City Treasurer’s Department prepared her well for setting budgets and managing income and expenses for condominium associations. Diana’s designations are as follows:

A life-long resident of Worcester County, Diana is quite familiar with Worcester and surrounding towns and takes pride in maintaining property values while balancing spending.
Jean Killeen – Property Manager/Realtor

Jean’s 20+ years in real estate and business management, along with being an owner/resident of a condominium (as well as a trustee of the board), make her a highly qualified property manager and liaison to the boards of trustees benefiting from her experience. Jean’s experience also includes:

Justin Rooney - Property Manager

A long-time employee of Salisbury Management, Justin has over a decade of experience interfacing with unit owners and trustees. Justin has in-depth hands-on expeirence in bringing about solutions to property maintenance issues, as well as excelling in customer service.
Andrew Mazurka – Maintenance Manager

Andy Mazurka has been with Salisbury Management for 20 years. He started as a maintenance specialist and worked his way up to Maintenance Manager overseeing and coordinating all maintenance issues in all 2500+ units. Andy enjoys ensuring that his staff uses their time efficiently and that they provide the highest level of service both technically and inter-personally. Prior to coming to SMI, Andy was a framing carpenter for a Worcester construction company. With over 25 years of construction experience, Andy is an invaluable member of the SMI team who has high service standards.
