UNIT OWNER REFERRAL FEE POLICY
PURPOSE: To monetarily reward Unit Owners in an Association managed by Salisbury Management for promoting our services by paying up to 3 months of their Association Fees once the new account is secured.
FEE: Up to 3 months of referrer’s Association Fees will be paid by Salisbury Management Inc. Should more than one person be recognized as a referrer, the Referral Fee will be divided by the number of qualified referrals, i.e. if there are 3 separate qualified referrals each referrer will have 1 month Association Fee paid for. Referral Fees will be paid directly to the referrer(s) once the account has been secured as evidenced by a signed Management Contract.
RULES OF QUALIFICATION: A completed Referral Fee Form must be submitted to Salisbury Management Inc. prior to the initial Association/SMI meeting. The referred Association Board must confirm that you were a source of referral.

*To be eligible for Referral Fee the completed form must be submitted prior to the initial Association/SMI meeting. The referred Association Board must confirm that you were the source of the referral. SMI will pay the total amount of one referral fee, i.e. if two or more unit owners refer the same Association the referral fee will be divided by the total number of referrers.
