Robert Haddon , President and Owner

Property Manager/Real Estate Broker

Salisbury Management, Inc., presently Central MA’s largest Property Management firm, was founded by President and Owner Robert S. Haddon.   Bob studied Engineering, and is Licensed and Certified in the following areas:

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)
AMS (Association Management Specialist)
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor
Member of National, State and Local Realtor Associations
Member of Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Bob’s years of Property Management experience has afforded him the skill, wit, patience and perseverance to lead Central MA’s most successful team of Property Managers.   Maintaining a “hands-on” work style, Bob continues working proactively with Boards’ of Trustees members in preserving and enhancing the value of each and every property managed by SMI, always with the singular goal of enriching the quality of life of each and every Unit Owner.

Justin Rooney, Partner and Vice President of Property Management

Property Manager, CMCA

​A long-time employee of SMI, Justin has over a decade of experience interfacing with Unit Owners and Boards of Trustees members.  Justin is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.  With a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in the complexities of Property Management, Justin’s managerial skills are matched only by his proficiency in exceptional customer service.


Dennis Ravelli II, Partner/Vice President of Property Management

Property Manager, CMCA

Dennis has over a decade of hands-on experience creating and implementing Property Management Solutions. A Certified Manager of Community Associations, Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Accounting. The combination of Dennis’ management expertise, maintenance experience, and financial knowledge provides the perfect balance for effective and efficient Property Management.


Carol Pallies 

Finance Manager

With a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Management from Assumption College, Carol brings 25+ years of financial experience to the team.   Also Certified as a Paralegal, a Human Resource Administrator and a Notary Public, Carol’s work within companies ranging from five to 5000 employees has afforded her the skills to manage finances on both micro and macro levels.


Kenneth Hergert 

Property Manager/Real Estate Salesperson

Ken comes to Salisbury Management, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate/Brokerage Industry, as well as a strong background in Sales and Marketing . Ken also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Siena College in Loudenville, NY.  As a member of the Mass Association of Realtors, and the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors, Ken also has experience in purchasing and rehabbing real estate for re-sale (flipping). Combined with his outstanding negotiating and organizational skills, Ken has all the necessary abilities to develop and implement both short- and long-term solutions for each of the properties he manages.


Nancy Zagunis 

Property Manager

Nancy joins the SMI Management Team with a strong background in understanding and resolving Property Management issues. Along with an impressive history in tenant-related customer service, Nancy excels in her ability to act as a liaison between SMI and the properties she manages in both resolving issues, as well as recognizing potentialities in property development.  Always cheerful and never missing an opportunity for a good punchline, Nancy combines hard work, in-depth understanding and an unwavering sense of humor to bring the highest quality of service to each of the properties she manages.


Amy Tonelli 

Property Manager/ Real Estate Salesperson

Amy brings to SMI more than 20 years’ experience in real estate sales, along with four years of managing a busy medical office.  With an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Endicott College, Amy is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Amy possesses excellent organizational and communication skills and is recognized as professional, effective, and responsive by the Owners and Trustee Members with whom she interacts.  She is a valued member of the SMI team and is consistently willing to take on additional responsibilities as situations arise.


Stacy Radziewicz 

Property Manager

Stacy Radziewicz comes to Salisbury Management, Inc. with more than 20 years’ experience in management roles in the Real Estate and Financial Services industries. She attained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation within 6 months of joining SMI and has recently re-activated her Real Estate Salesperson License. A Shrewsbury native, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University (RI), and ran her own property preservation company for 6+ years. A die-hard DIYer, Stacy understands homeowner issues and their implications in a most personal way. Her career-long project management experience and expertise, make her especially effective at helping clients secure cost-effective, timely, lasting solutions to a full range of homeowner issues.



Dennis Ravelli

Maintenance Manager

Dennis has been with SMI for 25 years. He began as a Maintenance Specialist and worked his way up to Maintenance Manager, overseeing and coordinating all maintenance issues for over 2700 units. Dennis takes pride in the efficiency and efficacy of his maintenance staff, providing the highest level of service in all technical, mechanical and inter-personal areas.  With nearly 40 years of construction and managerial experience, Dennis is an invaluable member of the SMI team who consistently maintains impeccable standards.


Ruth Bilazarian Haddon 

SMI Real Estate Brokerage

Ruth Bilazarian Haddon heads up the Real Estate Brokerage Division of SMI and is a Life Realtor member with over 40 years in the business.   As a former owner of her own Real Estate office, Ruth’s experience and expertise are invaluable in her present position.   A former President of the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors, she served on and chaired many Realtor committees, was awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year designation in 1985 and the Distinguished Service Award shortly thereafter.  She is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as a member of the Council of Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES). Ruth holds memberships in the National, State and Local Associations of Realtors as well as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
